A native New Yorker, Heath moved to Texas over a decade ago. He began his career drafting legislation, contract, and providing legal research for the Texas Senate, where he served as General Counsel. Most recently, Heath has served as an attorney for state agencies, representing clients and the State of Texas in front of SOAH and regulatory agencies.
Heath earned his Juris Doctor from Baylor Law where he concentrated in Criminal and Administrative Law. He was the recipient of the 2015 Joe B. Allen Award in Administrative Law and served as Law Clerk to the State Office of Administrative Hearings and to the McLennan County District Attorneys office.
Heath is the proud father of two children, Emma and Liam. He enjoys playing golf on his off time, and watching football while BBQing on a Sunday.
